Description

Talking Tom Gem Chase: The Road To The Championship

There's no grand plot twist waiting for you here, no cutscenes explaining why Tom is suddenly bouncing through the air chasing shiny rocks. It's simpler than that, and honestly that's the appeal. Every run is its own little mission: keep Tom airborne, scoop up as many gems as possible, and don't let his feet touch the ground before you mean them to. The "story," if you want to call it that, is really just you against your own personal best score, run after run, trying to beat what you did thirty seconds ago.

Pro-Level Advice

Timing is everything, and I mean that almost literally, since one mistimed tap sends Tom crashing down and ends the whole attempt. The trick isn't to mash the screen frantically like it's a rhythm game gone wrong, it's to watch Tom's little bounce arc and click right as he's about to dip. Early on, gems come in easy, forgiving clusters, so don't get greedy and stretch for one that's slightly out of the natural bounce path. Later stretches start throwing gems in tighter, trickier patterns, and that's where patience actually beats reflexes. A lot of players (myself included, first time through) tap too early out of nerves. Slow your breathing, let the rhythm settle, and you'll notice Tom's bounce height barely changes between taps, which makes predicting the next window way easier once you've clocked it a few times.

Controller & Keyboard Guide

  • Tap or click the screen once to send Tom bouncing upward.
  • Time each tap right before Tom's feet reach the ground for a clean chain of jumps.
  • Hold off tapping too early, since an over-eager click can throw off the bounce arc.
  • Use short, deliberate taps rather than rapid mashing for steadier control.
  • Line up your taps with visible gem clusters to grab more per bounce.
  • Works on mouse for desktop browsers or a simple tap on touchscreens, no extra buttons needed.
